So on my block a railroad line runs behind our neighborhood. On the other side of the wall, 1 house over, I just learned a homeless person put up a tent behind my neighbor. My neighbor has fruit trees that hang over the wall. My neighbor threatened him once this week to get his shit and leave. He hasn't yet.

My neighbor and I are planning some sinister shit. Don't worry we won't harm him physically. But we will make it miserable enough for him to pack his shit and move the fuck on.

How much more incentive do these people need to continue their whole lives sucking off the government tittie, and the people

Cut the guy some slack and see if you can get him help rather than fuck with him. In the end what good does that do you, will be pounding your chest you fucked with him?
